Procedure

By default the POP3, IMAP, and Outlook Web Access protocols are installed on the server. but the services are disabled. To turn the services on, go to administrative tools and click on services. Find the services and check out the properties and set them to automatic for the start up, instead of disabled. Then click start to turn on the services.
